It all started with my passion for homes and my desire to provide exceptional service to homeowners. With years of experience in property management, real estate, and in the construction industry, I discovered a gap in the market for high-quality home watch services in the Naples, Florida area.

I was determined to fill that gap, and so I founded Home Concierge By Sam & Co., LLC, a home watch business that prides itself on its attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a homeowner myself, I understand the importance of having a trusted professional to look after my property when I’m away.
