Plus, we can coordinate with qualified professionals for any necessary repairs or maintenance, so you don’t have to worry about finding someone reliable on your own.
Personal shopping: We will handle your shopping list and provide you with the groceries or household items you need. (minimum of 3 hours per day)
Restaurant reservations: We will make reservations for you at your desired restaurants to save you time and hassle.
Airport transportation: We will arrange for a reliable and professional transportation service to take you to and from the airport. *Waiver required for Home Concierge By Sam & Co. to provide service*
Watering flowers: We will take care of your indoor and outdoor plants and ensure they receive the necessary watering and care.
Handyman services: We can provide minor home repairs and maintenance, such as fixing leaky faucets or replacing light bulbs.
Light cleaning: We can help keep your home clean and tidy with light cleaning services, such as dusting and vacuuming.
Keyholder services: We can hold your spare keys and provide access to your home when needed, such as for maintenance, vendors, contractors, or regular cleaning services.
Subcontractor monitoring: We will oversee any subcontractors working on your property to ensure they perform their duties as expected.
Pet watch services: We will take care of your pets while you’re away, ensuring they are fed, watered, and receive the necessary exercise and attention.
Vendor monitoring: We will oversee any vendors working on your property, such as landscapers or pool cleaners, to ensure they perform their duties as expected.
Car Services: Our experienced team will conduct a thorough visual inspection of both the interior and exterior of your vehicle to ensure that everything is in top condition, including checking for any mold or low air in the tires.
