The Exterior of Your Home:

Property Management: We offer comprehensive property management services to ensure that your home is well-maintained while you’re away. Our team will oversee everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, so you can have peace of mind knowing your property is in good hands.

Security Checks: Our team will perform visual security checks to ensure that your home is secure and protected against potential threats. We’ll inspect doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure that your property is safe from intruders.

Mailbox Check: Remove mail, newspapers, and fliers from your mailbox. This ensures that your mailbox doesn’t become a target for theft or unwanted attention.

Mail and Package Services: We’ll collect your mail and packages and hold them in a secure location until you return. This will help prevent theft or damage to your important documents and valuable items.

Cleaning and Housekeeping: Our cleaning and housekeeping services ensure that your home is always clean and tidy, ready for your return. We’ll take care of everything from dusting to vacuuming, so you can enjoy a stress-free homecoming. (Not to exceed 2 hours per day)

Outside vendors include landscaping, renovation, painting, pest control, pressure washing, and more. Our team will ensure that your home is always in the best possible condition, both inside and out.

Home Perimeter Check: We walk the perimeter of your home to check for erosion, water leakage, drainage issues, and overall condition. If we notice any problems, we’ll notify you promptly so that they can be addressed.

Landscaping Check: We check your landscaping for potential problems and notify landscapers for correction. This ensures that your property always looks its best and maintains its value.

Window and Door Check: We inspect your windows, screens, and doors for any damage or signs of intrusion. This helps keep your property secure and protected.

Exterior Walls and Trim Check: We visually inspect your exterior walls and trim for any visible signs of maintenance issues. We also visually check your siding and walls for cracks and water issues. This helps prevent potential problems from developing and keeps your property in top condition.

Garage Check: We check your garage, opening and closing garage doors to ensure that they’re functioning properly. We also check for any mold/mildew, lighting, windows, etc in the garage area as well.

Exterior Lights Check: We check your exterior lights and replace bulbs when necessary. This ensures that your property is well-lit and secure at all times.

Lanai/Porch Check: We check your Lanai/Porch screens/walls both within the interior and exterior of the property for any visual damage or potential issues.

Pest Check: We visually check for any insect or pest intrusion. This helps prevent pest-related damage to your property.

Deck, Step, and Walkway Check: We check your decks, steps, and walkways to ensure that they remain clear and safe for use. This helps prevent accidents and keeps your property looking its best.

Circuit Breaker Check: We visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped. This helps ensure that your property’s electrical system is functioning properly.

Balcony Check: We check your balconies for water ponding and dry rot. This helps prevent potential damage and ensures that your property remains safe for use.

Appliance Check: We run your garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer to ensure that they’re functioning properly.

Refrigerator and Freezer Check: We check your refrigerator and freezer and adjust settings accordingly. This helps ensure that your food stays fresh and that your appliances remain in good working order. We will throw away all expired foods if needed.
